Dr. Malan has an extensive background in general and cosmetic surgery. He has been a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon since 1976, and has complemented his practice with an active schedule of teaching and on-going education to maintain his skills and knowledge. His cosmetic surgery practice, Image Refinement Surgery, is privately owned and managed, with affiliations to McKay-Dee Hospital and Ogden Regional Medical Center in Ogden, Utah.
Dr. Malan enjoys summer and winter sports, water sports, golfing and hiking. A large immediate and extended family provide him with hours of wholesome, quality time when he is not working with his patients. With the Malans, "there is never a dull moment.”
